With the sizzling hot weather making daily news, it is a good time to remind people, that consuming water is critical.

It’s worth while to take a few minutes and calculate how much water you need to stay good and hydrated. Here is a Simple Hydration Calculator that lets you input your weight / lifestyle / and exercise levels and get a recommended amount of water to drink per day.

I heard on the news that two bottles of water an hour is required to keep hydrated (but that sounded kinda random). However, I think their point was to keep your water glass full and continue drinking. I’d add maybe even get a glass of juice in there to keep yourself motivated.

The bottom line is, drink enough fluids to keep your body hydrated.
